How a double page spread creates meaning

There is an aggressive ideology presented through the mise-en-scene of the skull heads in the back of the image as well as the composition and medium shot type which allows all four skull heads to be seen as well as each member of the band. The composition of the artists within the image is also aggressive as they take challenging stances and one member even sneakily holds up a middle finger. The costume is stereotypical of a rock band with leather jackets and boots as well as long hair stereotypical for bands at the time. The use of anchorage of the large bold headline "Bad Company" directly next to the image of the band also creates an aggressive tone implying they are dangerous. Members of the band alternate between a direct mode of address or no mode of address creating unease as some appear to be more aggressive than others.
